AI has shifted from a productivity tool to a participant in enterprise financial decisions. At Bizzi, our AI processes millions of documents each day. It proposes journal entries for thousands of accountants. It sometimes declines a payment because it detects an anomaly. We take the responsibility that comes with this capability seriously.

This document is the Bizzi AI Governance Framework v1.0. It is how we state in public the way we govern AI. It is not marketing. It is a written self-commitment. You will find the organizational structure for who owns what. You will find the standards we align to: Decree 13/2023, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs. You will find the KPIs we measure, the incidents we prepare for, and the commitments we will sign.

We wrote this for the CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of IT who are evaluating Bizzi. If you find a claim in this document you want us to substantiate, ask. That is the purpose of BAGF. Trust Bizzi not because we say so, but because you have verified.
